My Lai Massacre

Kevin and I spent some time at the forlorn memorial site for the My Lai Massacre. The hamlet of My Lai was actually a part of a complex of villages called SON MY, the proper name for the area. The violence that day also encompassed the hamlet of My Khe across the way on the South China Sea, where we spent some time on the beach. It was a hard morning.
